New and unused products
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the new and unused product for a refund using the following guidelines:
- Returned products must be received within 14-days of the original delivery date. No refunds or exchanges will be given for a product received more than 14-days from the original delivery date.
- The product must be in its original packaging, and unused condition. All products to be returned must have their complete original packaging materials including any manuals or printed materials.
- Used products or products damaged from misuse will not be accepted for exchange.
- Tramontina Rīga, Ltd. will provide a prepaid shipping label for each product to be returned.
- Returned products must be received in saleable condition in order to receive a refund or exchange. Refund or exchange will not be issued for used or damaged products.
Defective products and order discrepancies
If the product you received is not the same product that you ordered online, or if your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 business days of the original delivery date.
Refunds
Refunds for qualified returns may take up to 10 business days from the day Tramontina Rīga, LTD. receives the product to be processed in the form of the original tender. We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a refund or exchanging a product (i.e. confirming a damaged product).
